Store Policy

Refund Policy

Services: Unfortunately, for spa & massage services we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa & massages packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the store for free consultation.

Promotional or Special Offer Items: On Sale and Special offers items and services are non-refundable; any deposit for booking services or events is also non-refundable. Rescheduling of appointment can only be done before 24 Hours.

Gift cards, Gift Certificates and Packages: Unfortunately we can not refund on Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Spa & Massage Packages, On Sale or Special offers, all sales are final and non-refundable. Some services in Gift Certificates or Spa & Massage Packages can be exchanged for other services.

No Show / Same day Cancellation: All no show appointments are non-refundable. Same day cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We at Lebua Massage & Spa understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled on the same day of service, will incur a charge of 70% of the service amount. A “No-Show” will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”. Please call us if you have any questions.

To enjoy your spa & massage experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others.

As a spa & massage guest, it is your responsibility to:

  • Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns.
  • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Use products, equipment and therapies as directed.
  • Adhere to the spa & massage’s published policies and procedures.

As a guest, you have the right to:

  • A clean, safe and comfortable environment.
  • Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason.
  • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect.
  • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.
  • Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the store policies and procedures.
  • Ask questions about your experience.
  • Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment.

Late Arrival for Appointment

If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our store atmosphere.

Prices

Prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities. Promotional or discounted gift cards cannot be used towards Spa & Massage packages.

Children

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 14 or older to receive Spa & Massage services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until the age of 16. Children under 12 may receive services and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 12 who are not receiving services may not be wait at spa waiting areas or service areas at any time.

Accessibility

Massage or Spa staff are not allowed to lift people onto tables. If such assistance is required, please bring a personal care attendant. Handicap- accessible restroom is available. Please let us know when making your appointment if you require accessibility.

Payment/Deposits

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Cancellations

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments, Guests must provide 24 hour cancellation notice. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all services.

Privacy Policy

We respect the privacy of our email subscribers. It is our policy:

  • To respect the purpose for which our site visitors and others gave us email information. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.
  • To not sell, rent or loan our subscriber or customer lists to third parties for email, direct marketing or other purposes. We never allow third parties any other use of these subscriber lists.
  • To send notices of impending sales or special offers to our clients who request them (opt-in). We will immediately unsubscribe those who request it through convenient unsubscribe links in every email or by mail to our address which is prominently displayed.
  • To use cookies in a responsible manner to help our visitors, not snoop on them. While we do not collect or use information from cookies to develop a profile of our visitors or shoppers, cookies must be enabled to use our online gift card store.
  • To store subscriber and password files with personal information in a secure manner. We store such files in areas not accessible to Web browsers, behind password protection or offline.
  • To continue this policy beyond the termination of our company. If a majority portion of the assets of our company, which might include our subscriber and other lists, were to be acquired by another organization, it would be done only as part of a clear agreement binding that organization to abide by the spirit and letter of our privacy policy.
